Keep three measurements together
The American Kennel Club’s measuring guide uses back length, chest girth and neck girth for dog clothing. Measure while your dog stands naturally: back length runs from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, chest girth goes around the widest rib-cage area, and neck girth measures where the collar sits. Compare those measurements with the chart for the exact garment.

A size letter needs a numerical chart
The current descriptions for these outfits list available size labels, but they do not provide a confirmed numerical chart in the text. XS on pajamas is not a verified match for XS on a hoodie. The useful next step is to obtain the exact garment chart before ordering.
Ask whether the chart shows the recommended dog measurements or the finished garment measurements. Stretch, padding and a four-leg cut affect how a garment is worn, but those features do not create a reliable conversion from one style’s letter size to another.

Check the first fitting calmly
After confirming the chart and fitting the garment, watch your dog stand, walk and turn in a calm setting. Check the neckline, chest, cuffs, zipper and underside opening. A photo that looks attractive does not show how the garment behaves during ordinary movement.
For the puffer coat, the current text does not provide a verified hardware load rating or crash-test certification. For the plaid jumpsuit, suspender styling describes the look of the outfit. Confirm any intended leash attachment separately and use a walking setup appropriate to your dog.
