These Terms govern your use of the PAWRIQA website, online store, products, and related Services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and specifications accurate. Product colors may vary by screen and details may change. Product information is not professional veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices, promotions, availability, and payment options may change. Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party providers and may require authorization before fulfillment.

4. Orders

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, shipping restrictions, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel after payment, any applicable refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations, costs, and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, PAWRIQA content, branding, graphics, text, product photography, layouts, and other materials are owned by PAWRIQA or used under authorization.

Our Services may rely on or link to Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics, tracking, and customer-support services. Third-party services are governed by their own policies.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, images, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it. To the extent permitted by law, you grant PAWRIQA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and marketing.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
