Return & Refund Policy
A straightforward guide to eligible returns, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds.

Before returning anything, contact PAWRIQA first. Do not mail a return to an address shown on a package or found online unless our support team has approved the return.
1. Return window
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Certain products may be excluded or subject to product-specific conditions where permitted by applicable law.
2. Return eligibility
Returned items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where practical. We may decline returns that do not meet the applicable conditions, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy available under applicable law.
4. How to request a return
Email pawriqa@gmail.com with your order number, the item involved, the reason for the request, and any requested photos or video. If approved, we will provide the return destination address and shipping instructions. Return shipping responsibility and any applicable costs will be confirmed before you send the item.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required or permitted by law. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter fulfillment or shipping. If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised to you, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for every product, variant, or size. Where an exchange is unavailable, another appropriate remedy may be offered where applicable.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer warranty, refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted in your jurisdiction.
