1. Shipping destinations
PAWRIQA currently ships to the United States and Canada. Availability may vary by product and destination.
2. Shipping cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. The shipping options and applicable charges shown at checkout control the final shipping cost.
3. Processing
Orders are generally processed after successful payment. Processing time can vary based on product availability, order volume, holidays, and operational circumstances.
4. Delivery estimate
Our current estimated standard delivery time is 5–8 business days from shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
5. Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided through your shipping confirmation or tracking service. Carrier systems may take some time to show the first scan or a new update.
6. Delays
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
8. Customs and taxes
For shipments that cross borders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on destination and applicable law. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us promptly. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.
10. Multiple packages
Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier arrangements.
